1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the jillbb Platform, you represent and warrant that you have reached the legal age of majority in the Republic of the Philippines (21 years of age or older), possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and are not prohibited from gambling under Philippine law or the laws of any jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. These Terms apply to all users of jillbb, including casual players, VIP members, and visitors to the Platform, regardless of the frequency or nature of their interaction with our services.

You may register only one account per person. 2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillbb Login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login information with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from unauthorized use of your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

jillbb accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers to designated Philippine banking institutions including but not limited to BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 (fifty Philippine pesos), and the maximum deposit amount varies based on your account status and verification level. All transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP).

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jillbb account balance instantly upon successful processing. Bank transfers may require 1-3 business hours for confirmation depending on the issuing institution's processing schedule. jillbb does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider (GCash, PayMaya, or your bank) may impose transaction fees in accordance with their respective terms of service.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Processing Times

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations enforced by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine pesos), and withdrawal requests are subject to a maximum daily limit of ₱100,000 (one hundred thousand Philippine pesos) unless you hold VIP status, in which case higher limits may apply.

Standard withdrawal processing time is between 10 minutes and 2 hours during business hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Philippine Standard Time, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 may require additional identity verification, which can extend processing time by up to 24 hours.

jillbb reserves the right to request additional documentation or impose temporary withdrawal restrictions if suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or violations of these Terms are detected. Withdrawal requests associated with unmet bonus wagering requirements will be rejected until all applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

jillbb operates in full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR's AML directives. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering or other illicit financial activities. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in withdrawal denial and potential account suspension pending investigation.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Eligibility and Terms

All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum bet restrictions. Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet age, residency, and account verification requirements. Players who create multiple accounts to exploit Bonus offers, engage in collusive betting patterns, or otherwise abuse promotional terms will have all Bonuses and associated winnings voided, and their accounts will be permanently suspended.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the Bonus amount before any winnings derived from the Bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ₱1,000 Bonus, you must place ₱30,000 in eligible bets before you can withdraw any winnings generated from that Bonus.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%, table games such as blackjack and roulette contribute 10%, and live dealer games contribute 20% unless otherwise specified in the Bonus terms. Sports betting and virtual sports do not contribute to casino Bonus wagering requirements. Specific game contribution percentages are listed in the terms of each individual Bonus offer.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions and Forfeiture

jillbb reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings if you engage in irregular play patterns, including but not limited to betting on opposite outcomes in sports betting, exploiting software errors or bugs, or using automated betting systems (bots). Bonuses expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise specified, and any unused Bonus balance will be forfeited after the expiration period.

5. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

5.1 General Betting Conduct

All bets placed on the jillbb Platform are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake, jillbb reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation.

For casino games, the outcome of each round is determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been tested and approved by independent auditing firms. For sports betting, results are determined by official league and event outcomes as reported by reputable sports data providers. jillbb is not responsible for disputes arising from incorrect statistics provided by third-party data sources.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant sports league or governing body. If an event is postponed or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. For live betting, if a match is abandoned before completion, all bets on unresolved markets will be voided.

Live dealer games stream from licensed studios and are conducted by professional dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined by physical cards, roulette wheels, or dice, and are not controlled by software RNGs. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, bets will stand and rounds will be completed according to standard casino rules.

6. Prohibited Activities and Account Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jillbb Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person to exploit Bonuses or circumvent Platform restrictions.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Coordinating with other players to manipulate betting outcomes or engaging in betting on fixed matches where the result has been predetermined.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting Bonus offers through irregular play patterns, opposite-side betting, or other manipulative strategies.
• Use of Automated Systems: Employing bots, scripts, or third-party software to automate betting decisions or gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to facilitate illegal financial transactions or to obscure the origins of illicit funds.
• Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputes after receiving goods or services from jillbb.

If jillbb detects any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account, confiscate all funds (including deposits and winnings), and report the matter to relevant law enforcement agencies and PAGCOR regulatory authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jillbb Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of jillbb or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission from jillbb.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jillbb Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

By using jillbb, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against the Company.

11. Termination and Account Closure

jillbb reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested verification documents, or any conduct that jillbb deems harmful to the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and use jillbb services will immediately cease. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you, provided that you have complied with all Terms and have no outstanding violations or unpaid debts to jillbb.
